You can permanently delete your account and synchronized training data in the app or request deletion from support.
Delete in the app
Sign in, open Profile → Account, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm the deletion with your current password.
Request deletion from support
Email us from the address used for your Keep At It account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted
Your account identity, profile, profile photo, timer preferences, and synchronized app data are permanently removed. Store transaction records may be retained where required by Apple, Google, payment providers, or law.
Deleting your Keep At It account does not remove a store transaction record or automatically refund a Keep At It Plus purchase.
