Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 August 2026
This policy explains what Keep At It collects, why we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you.
Who is responsible
Keep At It is operated by Springs XYZ ("we", "us", or "our"). Springs XYZ is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at support@keepatit.app.
Information we collect and why
Account information. We collect your email address and authentication information to create and secure your account, let you sign in, and synchronize your data across devices. We also keep a browser or device label, platform, session identifier, and last-active time to enforce the device limit and let you manage signed-in devices.
Profile and timer information. We process the name and profile photo you choose to add, timer settings, exercise choices, and grouping preferences to provide and personalize the app. This information is stored locally and synchronized to your private cloud profile.
Training information. When you complete a session, we store its completion date, duration, completed sets, and total sets so the app can show your session history and training statistics and synchronize them across your devices.
Purchase information. If Keep At It Plus is enabled in a future release, we may receive purchase history and entitlement status so we can activate and restore access. We would not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Support information. If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and other information you choose to provide so we can answer your request.
Why we are allowed to use this information
We process information when it is needed to provide the account, synchronization, timer, session-history, and purchase features you request; to protect and improve the service and prevent misuse; to comply with legal obligations; and, where required, with your consent. You can withdraw consent for optional processing at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database hosting, and cloud storage. It stores your email identity and synchronized app data. Your password is handled by Supabase authentication and is not stored in the Keep At It profile database.
If Keep At It Plus is enabled in a future release, RevenueCat may receive a pseudonymous account identifier, purchase history, and entitlement status to validate purchases and restore access. Apple, Google, or the payment provider shown at checkout would process the payment.
We require service providers acting on our behalf to protect personal information consistently with this policy and applicable law. These providers may process information in countries other than Chile or the country where you live, subject to contractual, organizational, and legal safeguards.
Tracking, device access, and local storage
Keep At It does not include advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics. Hosting platforms and app stores may keep standard operational, security, and transaction records under their own policies.
If you add a profile photo, the app uses the device's system photo picker or the permission you grant to access the selected image. During a timed session, the app may also ask for notification permission so it can alert you when a step changes while the app is not visible. These workout notifications are scheduled on your device; Keep At It does not collect a push-notification token for them.
The app uses essential local storage and, on the web, essential browser storage needed for sign-in, preferences, and app functionality. We do not use advertising cookies.
An account may be signed in on up to 10 devices or browsers at a time. Device names are generated from general browser, operating-system, or app-platform information and are used for account security and session management.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above when needed to operate and secure the app, synchronize data, manage purchases, provide support, enforce our agreements, or comply with law. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, profile, timer, and synchronized training information while your account is active. Completed sessions remain in your session history until you delete that history or delete your account. Local data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app.
When you delete your account, we remove the account identity, profile, profile photo, timer settings, exercise choices, grouping preferences, completed-session history, and registered-device records from our active systems.
A registered device or browser that has not been active for one year is removed from your device list automatically. Authentication providers may retain limited session and security records for shorter or longer periods where needed to secure the service.
Limited backup, security, diagnostic, support, and transaction records may remain for the period reasonably needed to complete deletion, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal and accounting obligations. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other providers may retain records under their own policies and legal duties.
Your rights and choices
You can access and change your profile and sign-in details in the app. In Profile > Session history, you can delete your completed sessions and reset the training statistics derived from them. In Profile > Devices, you can review signed-in devices, sign out an individual device, or sign out all other devices.
You can permanently delete your account in Profile > Account or through our account-deletion page. You may also request deletion at support@keepatit.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, objection to, or portability of your personal information, and to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions. Contact us to exercise them.
Deleting a Keep At It account does not remove store transaction records or automatically issue a refund. A Keep At It Plus purchase may be restored with the same store account, subject to the provider's terms.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network connections, provider access controls, and account-level data isolation. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Keep At It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 16 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy, change the date above, and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
